| From Boston: |
|
1. Take the Southeast Expressway (I-93 South)
until arriving at the Braintree split - where the Southeast Expressway divides
with Route 128 bearing to the right and Route 3 South bearing to the left; and
2. Bear to the left on Route 3 South, heading toward "Cape Cod" and
travel South on Route 3 for approximately 7.8 miles;
3. Take Exit 15 (marked
"Derby Street - S. Hingham - S. Weymouth") and,
4. At the end of the
exit ramp, bear to the right onto Derby Street and travel approximately 0.5
miles where, just past Bertucci's Restaurant, you will see the first set of
traffic lights.
5. Turn Right at that
first set of traffic lights (the intersection of Cushing Street and Derby
Street), into the 62 Derby Street Condominium Office Complex. |

Condominium Complex on your immediate left as you drive in.
The entrance into our office suites is on
the right side of our office building, i.e., the “East” building. |

| From Plymouth: |
|
1. Take Route 3 North.
2. Take Exit 15 (marked "S. Hingham - S. Weymouth") and,
3. at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn
left onto Derby Street and travel approximately 0.4 miles where, just past
Bertucci's Restaurant, you will see the first set of traffic lights.
4. Turn Right at that first set of traffic lights (the intersection of Cushing Street
and Derby Street), into the 62 Derby Street Condominium Office Complex.
